A typical country house, during your stay you can enjoy a stroll through the extensive grounds, in the walled garden with its beautiful water fountain or through the areas left in a semi-rural state, where wildlife are encourage to share the grounds. Alternatively, you can simply while away some time in front of a log fire in the comfortable lounge.

The 57 attractively furnished rooms are all en suite and many overlook the gardens, providing outstanding tranquil views. Four posters are available, some with sumptuous spa-baths and murals by Frankie Cummins.

Incorporated within the hotel stands the Fields restaurant, here, Adam Saville, the Fields’ Highly Acclaimed Executive Chef, and his team prepare the finest quality cuisine, made from fresh food delivered daily. The menus are always imaginative and of the highest standard. There is either a fixed-price 3-course menu or a seasonal à la carte menu, featuring speciality dishes including the renowned flambè dishes.
An extensive wine list from vineyards around the world adds to the pleasure of an unforgettable dinning experience.
If you require private dinner facilities, you can enjoy the Oak Room situated within Fields Restaurant, seating a maximum of 28 guests.
Adjacent to Fields Restaurant is the Cocktail Bar, large comfortable armchairs and sofas help to create a warm relaxed atmosphere. A cocktail menu is available including light snacks.
Please note that jeans and trainers are not allowed in the restaurant.
